The clinic is situated within the sports complex for Painswick rugby club and Painswick tennis club. In the first building on the right as you enter the car park.

Directions
From The North
Leave the M5 at Junction 11A, and follow the A417 towards Cirencester & Swindon. Keeping in the left hand lane, take the first exit and follow the A46 South to Stroud & Bath. Travel through the village of Painswick and the Club is at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side exiting the village.

From The South
Leave the M5 at Junction 13 and follow the A419 to Stroud. Follow signs for the A46 North to Cheltenham. The Club is on the left hand side, immediately after the Painswick Village sign.

What to expect
The first session will start with a discussion about your symptoms and the factors which influence them. Discussing your goals and deciding which direction of treatment will be best for your needs.
Expect a thorough assessment of your body mechanics. The assessment normally lasts around an hour.
A treatment plan will then be created to match your needs.

What to consider before coming
Factors to consider before arriving for your first appointment are:
What do I feel and where do I feel it?
What movements or positions increase my symptoms?
What movements or positions decrease my symptoms?

Cost
All sessions are one hour and cost £40.00
